I wasn't sure if this would work on my 3c/4a highly porous hair but it does and wonderfully. My hair is moisturized and it absorbs into my hair easier than the amla and olive heavy cream which I just LOVE. This for me works better on an afro and kid sisters permed hair when she has that fresh wash n set opposed to the amla heavy cream which is perfect for twist, braids, updos, and any other hair style where your hair is going to not be touched for a while ie.. cornrows, flat twists, and etc. My hubby actually uses this on his locks and he loves it. Only thing is it turns my already defined curls into a fluffy puffy afro. Hair feels soft w/ no oily residue. Still working w/ it on my own hair. I love everything about it except for how it loosens my curl which is naturally loose.If I feel my hair feels any greasyness to it I put this brbc on top and it adds moisture while soaking up any excess oil the aohc may leave behind.

very moisturizing |

I didn't expect this cream to be so moisturizing, considering it is billed for relaxed or finer hair. I only need a small amount on damp hair (tightly curled 4a) and my hair stays moisturized for at least 2 days. It's a great value, considering how long 8 oz will last.

LOVEEEEEEEE IT!!! I have just recently gone natural. My hair was always dry and it felt like cheap rough carpet all the time. Plus, I bleach my hair too... my color treated hair loves this stuff. I have tried so many products, but nothing moisturizes and keeps my fro soft for several days except this. Even though it is designed for fine haired folks it works wonders for my very thick, coarse hair. U got a customer for life...keep up the good work!!!

Great for 3c/4a Hair |

I have been natural for almost a year, and moisture has been a huge issue for my medium-coarse mane. I recently bought the 8 oz. size of this product, along with samples of the AOHC and the Olive and Honey Hydrating Balm. Continued use of this product has my hair looking healthy and feeling great. I no longer cringe when friends or family play with my hair, because I know that it doesn't feel like a greasy haystack anymore. This product is the perfect weight for me, and I use it daily. I don't think I will ever see another split end again in my life!

Seamless transition and then some! |

This product made my 16 month transition a breeze! Now my 3c-4a natural is healthier than ever, always moisturized, fluffy, soft, defined, and growing fast. It detangles too! I'm a customer for life .
