nice ONLY as a base on damp hair |

Works best as a base. And I have to use it w/ the aohc or brbc and only on damp hair. On dry hair my hair gets hard and greasy. Looks just like honey but scrunch out excess water or else it will look like milk and drip off of you hair. No scent. Works great under burdock root butter cream, amla and olive heavy cream, honey busy soft gel or some olive eco styler gel

So, i have tried a lot of things in my 6 months of being natural... KBB, Oyin, Miss Jessie's, darcy's, hairveda, afroveda... etc. Layering this and the Amla and Olive Heavy Cream made by hair feel like it was smooth and almost like i put a moisturizing gel in it. Like i put a layer of the AOHC, and then this and smoothed it with a small rat tail comb and i felt like my hair and I were friends again. This did a great job of sealing in the moisture and made my hair soft and manageable. I think i am a life long customer and my days of being a product junkie are over!

I layered this with the detangling ghee for the softest hair I have had with any other product. I like the consistency - just like honey - and it moisturized so well. It's less heavy than the amla and olive oil cream, so I can use it as needed. I feel it works better on damp hair.

This hydrating balm is so awesome. I really love it. It keeps my thick tresses so moisturized and it has a light citrus scent. I use this for my twists along with the amla and olive heavy cream. Together they are moisturizing and my hair feels so much softer. Thanks Qhemet.

I ordered this along with the Amla and Olive Heavy cream and used as a sealant and it worked wonders. This product feels like a honey hair grease. My 4/A/B/C hair was really soft and moisturized after usage. I also got a great deal of shine. This worked great on damp and dry hair for me. A little of this product goes a very long way. Be careful and use sparingly.
